I make videos and tv shows locally. Sold a screen play to universal in 2007. Best piece of advice I have is if you are going to do it, then do it. 90% of the people I meet who CLAIM they want to be a part of movies take no incentive to do so. They just type a status update and that's the end of their dream. If you want to make movies then purchase a DSLR and shoot. A short film, feature film, a good film, shytty film, commercials for local businesses whatever. I'm not the greatest at what I do but I get film work locally cuz I'm reliable. Doesn't matter if it's good or bad camerawork cuz it's camera work which is more than most people will ever have.

I'm taking a screenwriting class right now and that shyt is either easy for you or its fukking hell. All i gotta say is Practice, Practice, Practice.

It's something you just get better with the more you do.
