There's gotta be some kinda scam in there.
I never trust craigslist ads unless you're trying to buy something, and even then...be wary.

Why do you say it's a scam? Because it sounds too good to be true? :wtf:

Do these look legit to you?
I checked them out. You can always do your own research. But to be honest with all of the real estate development here in nyc you'll find a prime opportunity. I have friends that do it. They make good money and live well. Eventually you can work from there but if you want to be legit you should get licensed.

I'd watch that first one though also be wary of ads that don't look official and don't have numbers attached to them. Or are missing other contact inf. You'll need to call directly and ask questions. From there you can submit a resume and proposition an interview. All make sure that you can go in and talk to people working there in person so you can get a rundown of what's necessary to work for them if you're interested.

It's very competitive but luckily this is a city where everyone can eat off of real estate/renting/leasing/sublease if they're smart about it. It's almost a neccessity...you gotta hustle here. Teal estate is probably the biggest hustle here aside from insurance, healthcare, and finance. And business.
