Should I get the costco American Express card or the grocery suntrust credit card?

So pretty muh I have a debt card linked to my checking account and a savings account
I want a credit card so I can get a credit score and such
I know with the costco American Express you get money back at the end of the year for your groceries
For the suntrust credit card you get 2 percent back in a check for your groceries bought
I buy like $100 per week of groceries
First time getting a CC
