Condos and some apts already do this. Its part of your amenity package. I get internet, cable, and gas in mine. Its factored into the rent.

Exactly... When will people get it through their thick skull nothing is free.. Someone has to pay for this shyt and it usually isn't the provider of said service.

I think it should be up to the landlord. It would be nice but I don't know why it should be required.

Landlord will never get any sleep with some goofy ass tenant calling up high on meth wondering why they're streaming is moving slow :mjlol:

If they control your isp that gives them reasons to control your access which means your data could be compromised or sold by the landlord since it’s their property you’re occupying. Plus they would just raise rent to compensate.
