As for the ones who don't use their turn signal. You're at a 4-way stop sign going opposite directions. You then proceed to go straight. The other driver starts turning then blows the horn as if YOU are the azzhole.

How the fk I'm supposed to know that you are turning?

It's even worse when they start indicating just as they're about to make the turn.
You're supposed to indicate a few seconds in advance so that the driver behind knows what you intend to do, not when you start turning.
