Only ones that should get reparations are those that had an DIRECT exclusive formal agreement with the United States government after slavery ended that included a promise to receive 40 acres and a mule or payment equal in value. But those people are all dead.

Or an agreement that stated that their relatives closest to kin/families in future generations as eligible for reparations if the primary individual that was promised the payment is deceased. But that agreement doesn’t exist.
