NOPE.
Fortune 500 companies only care about their bottom line, e.g. the dollar.
Countries can't be so short sighted as they are dealing with the governance of people. This is why all that "i ran a successful business" crap politicians say never made sense to me. Running a business and governing people are not remotely close to the same thing.
What do you think that means? I can only guess it means more efficiently, at least in part. I'd answer "yes" if that's all you meant, but is there something else?
