To think of all the 1800 hot lines that he could come up with if he was a heel again is great. The Rock being a good guy with that demonic attitude just doesnt really match to me. Imagine the rock saying

DO YOU SMELLLLLLLLLLLLLL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOOOKINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!

Rock was always a better douchebag, being said though that ship has sailed on the Rock now. He may still love the ring cause it feels like family, but his body isn't in mid-season mode for Wrestling anymore because while he can obviously lift that's a different thing than taking bumps.

He will pop up to make appearances, but for the most part the Rock is mostly done in the ring.

The Rock's entire gimmick is custom tailored for a heel, the problem was the audience started to cheer for him. Around 2002, his act (imo) was getting stale to the point where dudes started booing him again.... so he did his movie thing, came back.... and turned into the most entertaining heel in 2003 (GOAT entrance music and everything). I agree with the sentiment that he is pretty much done in the ring at this point... but if he decides to come back, he needs to channel his inner Hollywood and bless us with his presence, I'd kill to see him ether an entire city again.

Then I would say Hogan for sure. He had backstage stroke with WCW, so the NWO was more legit. Triple H, back in the day, really didn't have Hogan stroke when he first porked Steph; cat was tightroping. Not saying Triple H cannot outdo Hogan, but Triple H is at the Hollywood Hogan level now.

Triple H is a heel to the industry itself because hes such a hater behind the scenes. He stifled alot of growth in the wwe trying to hold on to his stardom. Hogan let alot of people shine being on the NWO roster.
