listenting to Star Boy right now and I swear this album is just not as good as his previous stuff

Most of the people I talked to agree it sounds like a Bruno Mars CD

Plus J Cole outselling him made me think

I feel like Weeknd should be selling around 400K
Idk maybe I'm just but I swear this album sounds generic as shyt

It's decent, I think he put too many songs on there. Not really any undeniable smashes either. A lil too poppy for me but its about 3-5 songs I can rock with....

Pop acts don't really go for album sales. They go for album legs based on pop singles and big tour money.

He's doing good numbers and the hits will help him.

I like about 3-5 songs but that's it , everything else sounds sooo generic
