Y'all think those crimes that are vices and already legal in some places should be legal everywhere
Marijuana and other soft drugs, prostitution between legal consenting adults, gambling...
Why or why not

Soft drugs should be legal. The sentencing for harder drugs should revolve around treatment. Gambling should be legal of course. I am split on prostitution. In theory I believe that every person should have absolute authority over their own body. In practice, the legalization of widespread prostitution in a wealthy nation such as, say, the US will likely lead to an increase in human trafficking, especially from poorer nations within closer vicinity.

Why do u think legalizing prostitution would increase human trafficking?
I think if anything legalizing and regulating would be safer for workers and clients
A lot of the money and thus incentive for those in these illegal avtivities come from them being illegal

the only thing stopping a lot of girls from selling p*ssy is the possibility of getting caught. You remove that, the entire US economy changes.. The amount of women who would sell p*ssy instead of get a real job :wow:
Lol most already are, just a matter of finding their number

I think it would be safer for clients and ideally it would be safer for workers as they now have legal recourse in case things go sideways. However, if you look at countries with widespread legal prostitution such as Germany and The Netherlands, there are still pimps and people (mainly young women) being trafficked in from Eastern Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and other poorer or war-torn regions.
