its called paternity fraud for a reason. your reasoning is circular. on one hand you say get a DNA test and on the other you say don't be involved with a women you don't trust.

the problem with paternity fraud is that it's done by someone you do. trust is not always rewarded. sometimes people you trust deceive you.

Why is this hard to comprehend? This is all that needs to be said, really. With how much women complain about men cheat, I would think women would understand this completely:what:

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?

From what I read about paternity fraud it's any man who's paying for a child that's not his..
You said any man that falls for paternity fraud is a dumbass, then in another post you're talking about how a marriage is trust and all this other nonsense. The point is, there are men right now paying for kids that aren't theirs because the court is forcing them to do it, and those men were married and trusted their wives and didn't ask for paternity tests.

Your scenario basically says a married man shouldn't ask for a paternity test, and if he falls for paternity fraud he's a dumbass :shaq2:

Lol. I do say don't sleep with someone you can't trust, but that doesn't mean people still won't, so if you feel doubt get a DNA test is my point..

I absolutely agree, but, if you look at your child and doubt your wife isn't that relationship over once the results come in that the child isn't yours?

I never disagreed with your idea that paternity test should be mandatory, but it shouldn't be a crime if a sucker gets trapped. I think the couple should decide on that together before the baby is even born.

If a guy I was with told me when we found out I'm pregnant that he'd be considering DNA I wouldn't be mad when he asks.

Yes. Dont be a sucker and trust your GF/Wife to keep her legs closed. Because if the baby isnt yours its the mans fault for even trusting her. And not hers.

I'm sure if your husband asks you for a paternity test you'll be 100% understanding :leostare:, your own words -

If you can't trust your wife to the point where you want to get a DNA test, you shouldn't be married.

There's no logic in your arguments, and you contradict yourself with nearly every post.
