I used to think whitey would reject a black person if s/he knew the person behind the profile was black but ...they will SEE you are black when they interview you and if you went to a historically black school or your name is Kareem, Daquan- those are also dead giveaways

Just seems like a haven for low-level recruiters to pester semi-dissatisfied workers into applying for commissions-based ponzi scheme jobs.
Chances are, if you have a well-rounded resume, you can get a job without LinkedIn anyway.

I stay on linkedin- my company is about to spend the doe to get me the supreme license so i can go buckwild on there because its limited using the free version. I only go after the high price fish on linkedin...I can find entry level or mid level candidates the "normal way"

Same way that a "black sounding" name will often get your resume trashed, they will find out your race regardless. If they don't want your kind, then there's nothing you could do about that during your interview. Even if you ace it

black folks naming their kids peggy mae because that is their "preference"...knowing damn right the real reason is that they think it would avoid the resume trashcan treatment and help to avoid other stigmas
