Obi Toppin, Anthony Grant add to trophy case with more national awards
Obi Toppin and Anthony Grant swept another pair of national awards Monday. The National Association of Basketball Coaches named them the national player and coach of the year, respectively.
Toppin and Grant helped lead the Dayton Flyers to a 29-2 season, a No. 3 national ranking and an Atlantic 10 Conference championship
Toppin and Grant won national awards from the Associated Press and the United States Basketball Writers Association last week.
