the whole match hurricane wasnt seen as an equal either. a fluke win. it served way more to the austin/rock feud than elevating hurricane
better example would be when he put Brock over
yeah Brock was seen as a monster but he was still new to the scene and they build up their match pretty well.
Brock was definitely over because of it
