Yup.....you had to be HELLA funny to survive as a comic on Amateur Nite....like damn near ready for your own HBO special.

Good singers that could over-sing always got love.

Rappers had it rough if they were amateurs. Soon as the music plays and you drop one bar, the whole crowd is booing.

shyt used to trip me out. Comedian would be like: “how yall doing tonite?”

Whole crowd: “boooooo!”

And I forgot about rappers. Yea they didn’t stand a chance either
