If you listened to the video the charge against the dude is 2nd degree battery. He already bonded out, so he hasn't been charged with anything too serious. It sounds like everybody realized broah had a right to defend himself, but white boy just had a glass jaw. The story doesn't make it sound like the arrest had anything to do with the the dude dying. I think the arrest might have been because there was 2 separate fights.
