I don't think Halo Infinite's shortcoming has anything to do with gamepass. Halo seemed to be a mangement disaster by rotating contractors for an engine most don't know how to use. The real test if gamepass is affecting quality is if the next batch of games like Redfall, Starfield, Hellblade, Avowed, and others are mid. I think only game affected by gamepass may be bleeding edge which was a certified flop.
