I'm not reading too much into anything. My point is pretty clear. If you want to argue Shumpert got extra attention his rookie year for playing in NY, cool. I won't argue that. My entire point is that the reason this thread exists has nothing to do with NY hype. If Shumpert was still in NY, nobody would give a fukk about this injury and there would be no thread.
