Dude's never been much impact anyway :manny:
He was just another New York hype
Yeah, it was NYers claiming one man's trash is another man's treasure when he and Smith were traded to the Cavs last year.

You must have forgotten when Some Knicks fans on the Coli were saying dude was the next D-Wade :mjlol:
Some are still celebrating that one game when he shut D-Wade down :deadmanny:

What does that have to do with what you said?:what: NYers weren't the ones hyping up his(and JR's) impact in Cleveland. That was everyone else. Matter fact, Knicks fans were the ones telling everyone else not to expect much from either one.

Doggy i was talking about the hype that surrounded him when he was in NY. OKay? Is that okay with you? Focus less on Schump and focus more on the fact that Knicks fans and Lakers fans tend to hype players way out of proportions than any other fan base.

You're focusing on the Schump part. Im pointing you to the NY Hype part. Go sit down :stopitslime:

Doggy, you're backpedaling. Okay? I should focus less on Shumpert in a thread about Shumpert even though you claimed "Dude's never been much impact anyway" then put it all on NY hype. Shumpert was hyped in his first year in the league, never after that. Hype didn't cause the Cavs to trade for him and it definitely didn't cause everyone to act like the Knicks lost for trading him. Go sit down:stopitslime:

Doggy where are you getting all this from? :russ:

All i said was dude was never sh!t anyway. By that i mean that hes nobody thus i dont see the need for a thread when hes out. It's like me posting a thread about Mario Chalmers being out 5 weeks. WHO FUKKIN CARES.

Thats the point. Dude was never sh!t. He was just hype. Nothing else. We all know that due to the NY hype machine any little thing that happens in NY will be blown out of proportion in the media. Amare went to NY and had a comeback season and mofos were talking about handing him an MVP trophy even tho he didnt get such love while having better seasons in PHX. THATS THE FUKKIN HYPE im talking about.

Why mofos need a thread about a non-impact player missing games is beyond me. Thats what my post was about. Stop reading too much into the sh!t

If it's hard for you to understand let me rephrrase it: If Schumpert never played for NY most people would not know who he is because he has not accomplished sh!t to be known for.

Is that better? :stopitslime:

I'm not reading too much into anything. My point is pretty clear. If you want to argue Shumpert got extra attention his rookie year for playing in NY, cool. I won't argue that. My entire point is that the reason this thread exists has nothing to do with NY hype. If Shumpert was still in NY, nobody would give a fukk about this injury and there would be no thread. I posted multiple threads showing a bunch of coli nikkas acting like the Knicks goofed by trading him and Smith. So the fact this thread exists has nothing to with NY hype. It's everyone else that hyped this dude up last year.
