Every person older than you can't help you. But some can. It's up to us to find black people older than us that are willing to instruct us.

I have a conversation everyday with my OG's. I have male and female OG's.

My girls help me with my relationships with women and they help me navigate the white man's social network. They also got those fire hugs and always feed me. Lol even I gotta eat.

My male OG's help me with professional decisions, car shyt, disputes, remaining calm, long term fitness, girls, and finance.

Again, it's up to us to find the elders in our community that can help us.

You can never have too much help as a young black person. We need all the help we can get in this white man's world.

Look, leaders of nations have people they check in with. Every person should have a cabinet that helps them.

I'm an imaginative person and consulting my OG's helps me choose what ideas are practical and worth pursuing.

Listen to the youth too, young people are plugged in. They're in the moment. It's valuable because they can energize us by reminding us of our younger selves.

I have three young black men that inspire me. These young people are fearless. I don't give them advice. We just talk. As senior members in the black community it's a necessity to connect with the youth.

I'm in my mid 20's. My age group is the bridge that can link the past, present, and future of the black community. Gathering information from all three points in time can only lead to success.

Don't be afraid to be wrong. Mistakes are learning opportunities and every productive interaction we have is an opportunity for growth.

Let's grow together and know together. Black people go together. Black people are go getters. We can only do better when we know better.

We are one and the same. No man or woman is no better.

imo you should be getting game from anyone securing a heavy bag, no matter the age
Life has obstacles that money can't solve. After securing a heavy bag you'll have to manage that wealth. The ability to earn a check doesn't give someone wealth management skills.

That's a skill that comes with wisdom. Wisdom is gained from experience and time.

Some do give bad advice but I know for a fact there's a lot of bad situations Ive avoided and gotten myself out of due to gems Ive got from old heads. I still soak up game to this day

Soaking up game and ear hustling is a good decision. When I played sports I would read the defense and adjust the attack to match the defense. I view life like that now. I make adjustments for the obstacles I face day to day.

I try to be flexible and listen to my trainers and coaches. I've grown this year because of it. I sincerely hope other black folks continue to evolve.

I'm a man with many moves to make. I want to make the best move for me. Consulting my OG's helps me make the best move.

Perfection is the enemy of progress

So many "moves" have never been made because people want to make them perfectly.

You want advice? Trust your gut, start investing in yourself (time, money, energy) and start to fail. Once you start failing you'll learn the ropes yourself. Otherwise you'll be that nygga listening until you're that nygga talking
