Shyne had a good voice but thats about it. He had some good stuff on his album but G. Dep had that too, plus hes a much better lyricist.
I think all of them (Black Rob too) had elements of Biggie that Puff was trying to replace and he was waiting to see who had commercial appeal. Loon was like the Ma$e replacement, and then he tried Hoodfellaz for The LOX. He was trying to repeat his golden formula but you can't.

G Dep. I only liked a couple Shyne songs, and then when he went to jail and got out, he became totally unlistenable. Game destroyed him on that Big Boy radio show.
