Don't renew your lease, post a negative review of her/the complex after you move out and receive your security deposit back. Then give her a call and tell her to fukk herself
Actually I'm doing exactly that
my lease is up next month so I'm noT renewing and I'm not going to slander, it's going to be a legitimate complaint/review.The whole complex has had multiple power surges and I remember twice in one month the hot water went out for a whole week.
