ive seen this happen a million times and the only way i heard of anyone getting their account back is by threatening legal action...get a letter from the attorney general in your city and have a lawyer write a demand letter to Paypal...or use this template

a bunch of people followed it and got their accounts back..not sure how effective it is now

Nah but someone can't reverse payment after they submit a transfer from what I can see

Basically I was making around 2,500 extra profit a month using paypal to receive the funds, but I got an email today and it looks like they are shutting down my operation. I could probably make another account but I dont want them to be able to control my money at a press of a button.
