Signature dish

Do you have a signature dish that you're great at cooking?
If not, do your parents have one? What is it?

I'm the eggs expert in this family. Doesn't sound like much, I guess.
I also make these banging oreo cheesecake cupcakes, which doesn't sound to bossy or manly, but the ladies love them.

nah, man. It's just that although I do love to cook,

1. I don't have a good barometer for what tastes good here because things are either eaten with no regard for how it tastes or judged as "white folks food/I never had that but I know I don't like it".

2. The stuff that's eaten is REALLY eaten... but people simply want you to make more of it out of greed... or to take to church get togethers where they can claim they made it themselves or taught you how to make it.

I cook and eat white mayne food, apparently.

So while yes, I can make something like a cheesecake and have no worries about it being eaten. If I make a tres leches cake, it's gonna sit there until it molds if I tell them what it is.
