What are some physical or mental signs that you’re stressed?

Dunno why, but my stomach goes into over drive. For the 2nd time today , I destroyed my girls toilet . Spent so long in there that when I came out, shorty was already in bed snoring. Which is good cause she didn’t hear the plunger battle between me and her cheap ass toilet
I need this corona shyt to end so I can go in peace at home.

Memory problems. I'm forgetful more often than I should be. I lose things or misplace them and unorganized. I let small things bother me emotionally more than usual.

When I'm stressed it makes me super ADD, maybe because ive been diagnosed before.. but there really isnt a fix to it, even if I set mad reminders. If i'm stressed im likely on 80% autopilot and wont remember most of the day
