The fan-made game is called Alchemilla, and you can download it from the link. White Noise, the team that built the game, says that most of the limitations, such as the lack of an inventory or the ability to create notes and maps, is because of the game's engine. They do spin it as something that further sells the game's hardcore ambitions. Get your own notebook, if you need to keep track of things!
