SH2 is the most popular game in the franchise. And has little to do with SH 1 and 3. Which are a sequel to one another.

SH4 is a merging of the stories of SH1/2/3, you got the cult stuff from 1/3 and some stuff dropped about sunderland in 2 as well as Walter from a newspaper in 2
