A female inmate at Silverdale Detention Center has been charged with the aggravated rape and sexual battery of another female inmate.

In the affidavit obtained by Local 3 News, Shannan Lee Radics, 43, allegedly assaulted the fellow inmate April 24, 2023. The incident was recorded on surveillance video.


Rape evidence was obtained afterward, the affidavit said.

Radics was charged May 10.
