Didn't see the game but Simmons box score looked trash

I was at the game. He looked awful. His two shots were lobs, Zion cooked him on defense. It's just 1 game but he's gotta do WAAAAY better if the Nets want to be successful. New Orleans looked like they were on an entirely different level as a team.

What's the explanation/excuse. He's not injured anymore. He looked awful and passive, I don't get it. Is this simply how he's gonna be going forward or...

problem is youve got a guy who has never adjusted or expanded his game and now hes having to adjust to new teammates. you dont have a system that he can seamlessly transition into or the coaching/teammates to give him the kick up the ass to be aggressive. maybe noone can unlock his potential because he lacks the desire but he at least has to desire not to be scared to fail

Nash tried using reverse psychology and it's going to backfire. With some people, they take everything literally.

Simmons heard his coach say that and probably had a huge exhale and sigh of relief

:ahh:
Like when the teacher forget to collect the homework lol
