To avoid crowds. Lesser people around, lesser chances of any conflict. I've seen it go down in parking lots....over some of the most trivial things.

Also, too many shoppers coming in and out the store....too much waiting for an opening...into a tight space.

I park ways away, open the door, and get out comfortably.

yeah I work as a cart pusher and I can definitely tell you this is true lol

people are very petty when it comes to parking lol

I've seen people create traffic just to wait for a open parking spot thats near to the store

when there are millions of open spaces a bit further away
