Idk why but it's just dope how something so intrinsically basic can also be so great. If it wasn't for most peoples dishes coming from china and pakistan, I wouldn't mind becoming a potter. :brooooklyyyyn:

Gripping up some soft, cool, iron enriched clay and tending the kiln with some fresh from the mill split logs. Whole block smell like pinesol and wood chips. Imagine being a potter in old kingdom egypt eating all natural marshmellows.

painting is nerve wracking for me
it's like "is this the right decision, should I blend these colors, I don't have the right brushes for this, can I pull off this shape, can I pull this line, what if I ruin it "

acrylics. and i vary with canvas sizes this one im working on right now (which i'll probably end up scrapping) is two 12x24 canvases

Yea it's hard as fukk to blend. You really have to be quick with it. I usually just mix what I want. Don't do too much blending.
I wanna mess with oils tho
