Brethern: things you must do to level up....in 15 gems

1. Get on your meal preps. Get you some sectioned tupperware, fill it half with vegetables. Other half meat (if you indulge) or protein of your choice, limit carbs, limit eating white colored things.

2. Get on an exercise program, whatever you like, but you must sweat. Regular and consistent exercise is a remedy for the majority of life's issues. We were not designed to be the sedentary screen absorbers we have become.

3. Lift

4. And Squat

5. Stop giving fukks about people who don't fukk with you. Match every negative vibe you encounter with a positive one (but from a distance). Keep the negativity at bay.

6. Get a good woman in your life and don't buy into the destructive concepts of sidechickery and various forms of fukkboy behaviors. It's a theif of the soul and a damage to our community.

7. Get on credit karma and face the truth about where you stand economically in this country. Improve said score. If you can't properly pay off your credit cards each month. Destroy them before they destroy you.

8. Read your spiritual book(s) of choice. Apply said spiritual knowledge to your every day life.

9. Accept you are your choices. Choices have consequences. Life comes at you fast. Stop fukking up.

10. Make a list of things you don't like about yourself. Then change them.

11. Make a list of thing you do like about yourself. Don't forget them.

12. Take your current television/internet, liquor/weed consumption (if you indulge) and cut it in half, immediately. Use that time for your level up activities. Stop fukking with people who want you to get fukked up with them, but wouldn't go to the gym with you.

13. Do the basic easy shyt first, ex. Floss and whiten your teeth, keep your house and car clean, get rid of old clothes (so you don't present yourself as dusty), clean out your phone contacts, do some pushups, consider no fap, etc. etc. (Deep down we each already know what we need to do)

14. Pray as often as you can about as many things as you can think of.

15. Start today. Not tomorrow, not "Monday". Now.

Sadat's reforms? They were really just a way for the army to capture the Egyptian economy. Yeah, Egypt was and still is a client state. It drifted from the Soviets, to America and now (arguably) its drifting towards the Gulf Arab states.
