I always wondered, what if I stopped taking whey.
Well I stopped, and I was worried I would lose muscle mass.
But I haven't, if anything they are bigger and more defined now.

I only take multivatims, fish oil and flexmode(for bones with things like glucosamine sulfate for joints).
I don't take anything else no more.

I saw a video saying that there's chemicals in whey that ain't good to be in your body.
So I stopped to see wassup, and I have no reason to go back and take it again.

Try it, if you go a few months without Whey, you just might decide you don't need it anymore.

I’ve been doing one scoop of whey protein everyday for my smoothie in the morning and I’m feeling same as when I didn’t take whey protein

Never took that shyt.
I felt if you stopped working out then that shyt would make you bloat like crazy.
I just workout eat what I want(stay away from breaded meats) and I’ve been fine
Diesel body diesel built at 32 yrs old :wow:
Just finished working out at home finna eat donut holes from costco later tonite after getting high on some weed :banderas:

Breh im sick of not knowing what to believe about nutrition anymore. They say take vitamins, then dont take em. They say take extra protein, then dont take protein.

remember the medical field is basing their studies off white males. us black folks really don't need all that extra stuff to get lean and cut because of our genetics. check the video brotha is 50 and he doesn't do all the extra stuff but workout and eat small meals

This is Flexmode, it's what I take.
I did alot of research to see which is best and not over-priced and this is it.
I also do hangs every second day.
A hang is you hang off a pull up bar or some type of bar, but you don't pull yourself up, you just retract your scapula and stay there.
Stay there for a minute, I do 3 sets at the end of my workout every second day. It really helps if you have bad shoulder pain or rotator cuffs.

Yeah I don't do whey either.

Right after I workout I eat a jar of rolled oats with almond milk, almond and peanut butter(both unsweetened), zero fat/sugar Greek yogurt with a bottle of water n keep it moving.

Bunch of natural proteins and some carbs to keep the body running.

I don't trust whey longterm.
