(1) You have a big man for primary defence...Who also serves as tertiary option for offence...
(2) You have the point guard to facilitate transition from defence to offence...Who also serves as secondary option for offence...
(3) You have the super athlete for dunks, shooting and primary weapon for offence...

This way you eliminate "role players" and the game could get really interesting...
