To be fair, there are a lot of deals that are "done" and then go lame, in the matter of seconds. I mean these are billion dollar companies pretty much treating players like stock, and the stock market is a very volatile thing. Add to that, with all these different outlets of media out there now because of the internet, some people will put it out there mad early just to get the scoop.
