Grew up in a religious household. Pops was a pastor...I heard this in the whip, in the house, at the church...EVERYWHERE!
I used to be so upset because I wanted to hear rap/hiphop but my parents would be like "Prez, we not like everybody else, THIS what WE listening to!!!
" (or oldies, ie: EW&F, Kool and the Gang, Marvin, etc)
Now, as an adult, I've come to appreciate al types of music and the classic gospel (and hymns)...because you honestly don't see/hear it much anymore.
Sunday mornings getting dressed...Saturday cleaning the house, car rides...man, I miss them days now
