There really is no debate Texas/USC exceeded the hype. ESPN was literally crowning USC as the GOAT all month long having panels debate who would win if USC played the 71 Huskers and shyt like that. Vince Young will forever be remembered in CFB for stealing the show that night. No player had back to back bowl performances like VY did in those 2 Rose Bowl performances straight looking like a prime Rock had crowd eating out his fukking hand.
