I know for a fact that a lot of criminal complaints have been forwarded to authorities by Tumblr and other users for that shyt. Tumblr has been dancing around with that shyt for the past three or four years and Verizon is having the same issue Yahoo encountered in trying to monetize Tumblr without scaring off people.
Tumblr has a prime demographic but you can't execute any plans for monetization when you got nikkas selling ass and cp on an open platform but the problem must have gotten to critical levels for them to pull the trigger like this.
