Do you remember 22 year old startlet Lucia Cole? During her childhood she crossed every aspect of Hollywood, beginning with a modeling career with Ford and a regular role on the popular children's program Barney, which led to small cameo roles. Just as fast as her career as began, she seemed to have disappeared from the limelight. She went on to attend Arkansas State University from which she graduated with a degree in Social Work.
In 2011 she signed a recording deal with Sony Music Entertainment. The following years, she went on to co-write for popular artist such as Jordin Sparks and Bridget Kelly, while crafting her own debut album. In 2013 she released her debut single Front of Me, which was described by her as a very bubblegum pop tune. The single performed well on the U.S Dance charts, peaking at number 5. During the time of the release, Cole was having a very public conflict with her label, due to her lack of creative control and the direction of the album. In 2014 Cole parted ways with Sony and her album was shelved. In 2015 she revealed that she had made a deal with Universal that would grant her greater creative control. She released a preview of her newest single an R&B tune All That Matters and it will be available for download next week.
