This is a huge topic really as I'd be willing to bet there are few on here that didn't inherit some kind of ish the previous generations didn't deal with and it fell on them. The craziest bit is handling it in a way that gives your seed the best chance he can get without just copy and pasting the same old emotional Hiroshima onto their blueprint.

When you look at this generationally and how you truly are your ancestors experience so many things about this world start to make so much for sense. For example:

Trauma creates an imprint that last generations that changes metabolic functions like adrenaline levels and general stress handling as a way of preparation based on experience. Add in things like rats that were trained to run a maze created children that were more adept than those without this experience and you start creating a far more detailed and accurate picture of reality as it stands because nothing exists in a vacuum.

How many Patterns have you seen repeating? Either in yourself or friends and family? Its so obvious to see but not the easiest to change this default mode of programming but worth looking within as it changes the script for those here or coming. Thats power. It also shows how many people deal with things with the finesse of an emotional landfill which leads narrow shoulders to carrying heavy weights before they even know what childhood is.

There is far more to this as some aspects would blow your mind about the nature of the Game we're playing and how malleable it is as well as the implications of resonance as a living stream of blood passes through many vessels in its journey through time and you are currently holding the chalice.

Past, present and future. Embodied as one man. Here. Now.

Exactly bruv, exactly. Ain't ish change, cept the point of reference if you're playing the Game the way it should be played otherwise you'll get more of what they had and wonder why it is the way it is.

It all feels so natural preciously because of resonance and pre-programming which tilts your lens to see as they did. Some would call it a rigged deck but its also why winners win due to their filtering processes and modes of decoding the signal.
