Cacs get mad for a variety of reasons under het sun they avoid, but most anything questioning their "Heritage" gets 'em all hot and bothered and looking to confront/intimidate on some stolen valor shyt.
Even though this is from a TV show, I garuntee you any black guy walking around with a hat like this, in this day, age and social climate, will have atleast 2-3 Meth roaches talking about cultural appropriation, blathering about how it's ok for "coloured folk" to be racist but they can't, or just generally being bothered at any perceived slight to their whiteness not being celebrated outright.
