You're right. Hes a suspect that has yet to be found guilty. He also has no criminal record.

And he seems to have a ton of alibis with numerous people claiming to have been with him during the time of the alleged shooting. I see no reason to believe he is a danger to the public. Free him and look for the real shooter.
