Yeah, I remember growing up in the 90’s, when most Black women took care of their actual hair. Then the 2000’s came and a lot of them were going natural. It was a beautiful sight. Then out of nowhere they started with the weaves and wigs, and trying to look like celebrities

I find it so sad that black women are still not comfortable with their own hair. It is so sad. And a sensitive subject to point out but i swear that’s all by design.
Make it taboo to question why you work so hard to change the way the hair naturally grows out of your head looks.

yea breh, it is sad...black women have the most beautiful hair but because women dont teach their daughters how to manager and simply respect their hair, they end up growing literally thinking the wig is their hair
