If both Trent and McKivitz are out we are done done.
As long as CMC stays healthy and is at least like 80% of his 2023 form and Kittle is healthy I think they can do something. It won't be great with crap wrs but they can get by
It's also much harder to find an olineman who is solid and is fa and who can be plug and play. You can always trade for a WR like Emmanuel Sanders or pick someone up. Amari Cooper still a FA and Keenan Allen was until last week

That was a very weird tweet by Barrows. The article he linked to is 2 weeks old and talks about the first 3 days of camp and Watkins struggles as a rookie, and how Kyle has a history of being an a$$hole to rookie WR and them having to go through trial by fire, basically.
The article has nothing to do with what happened today nor illuminates on what the team is currently thinking about the WR situation, it says a rookie struggled in the first few days and that Kyle is an ass.

this is the easiest answer, always evaluate the lines of scrimmage play. niners have so many questions on both lines i would say no playoffs unless the rookies on the dline become fringe pro bowlers.
niners do have a easy schedule, you also have to count that in as well but things are looking iffy right now
