Noel & Asik do not work together as a 4/5 combo

No offense but plenty defense especially with a scorer at 2 and 3 with McWilliams facilitating...

Or they could get asik start him and trade him

If I'm Hinkie I fleece a first for Noel. Rehab him, get him stronger, and work on his offensive game.....and then sell high.

Asik fills all the needs that Noel was supposed to provide.

There's been talk that Hinkie and Morey are just trying to create a sense of urgency for other teams to try and trade for Asik.

Asik and Noel just makes no sense as a frontcourt duo

That's a disaster on offense

@NatiboyB

What chu think? If Asik is traded to the Sixers for Thad Young straight up.

Sixers Get: Humphries expiring contract, future Nets first round pick (from Boston), & Dallas' 2014 first pick (from OKC)

Celtics get: Kendrick Perkins, Nerlens Noel

OKC gets: Spencer Hawes

I like it for Okc and philly but I think boston rather keep there pick then get Noel I don't know the value of him but would he be a top 5 pick In the 1st this year barring injury?

Boston still would have like 2 or 3 of the Nets future first round picks unprotected from the Pierce/Garnett deal. Boston would still keep all their own picks in the trade.

I like Noel under Brad Stevens....he'd maximize on his potential.

I think everyone wins in this trade. Even as shytty as Perkins is he'd love to be back with Rondo and vice versa.
