What are some skills, trades and or certifications that will allow an american to start working or start a business in another country? I know technology is big globally. Right now in america HVAC skills are in high demand. Some usa jobs send their employees internationally i'm not referring to those. I'm talking about being a contractor or business owner in another country.

In technology is AI computing and Technical Design Engineering.

Everyone is trying to design different technologies for the highest price so only the best ideas get sold for manufacture.
Good luck for getting financed on that.

More down to earth skills are really electrician and electrical repair work. Every place with apartments anywhere in the world needs someone with maintenance skills. Operating electrical fields to keep cities with life power supplied for all the cuties out there bumping boots like a oldschool sp12 eeee we in here you feel me?

It's an easy inexpensive certification to get. Also if it is a major contracting company lets say GENERAL Dynamics or KBR you will they will hire you once you have your home country's electrical certification. If you are planning to work overseas more than likely it is one of the major contracting firms you will be working for anyway. If you are an certified electrician period you will get hired.

But you need to be qualified in the specific country to get jobs.

It’s something I want to go back to school for. I work in IT, but would like the skills
