I just work out 15 minutes a day as well
Still 5"11 167lbs
Y'all my peopleI eat fairly healthy and drink lots of water. My metabolism keeps me looking like I'm in shape but I'd be hard pressed to run half a mile![]()

I was in the 200's in college and worked out heavy on a cardio bike to lose the weight. I would say the biggest thing that has helped me keep the weight off is weighing myself everyday.
I don't do the gym but do calethensics - pullups, ab wheel, etc. Cardio bike and school track are my gotos as well.
Most people don't walk enough btw so when you see those old ladies trying to get 10k steps...you should be doing the same.
