Skinny brehs/brehettes, what do you do to stay healthy?

Not necessarily skinny per se but on the thinner side...

Nonetheless, I try be active an hour a day. A good sweat.

Limit soda intake. Maybe one a month.

Stopped drinking in January and have noticed a difference mentally and physically (i.e. shorter recovery day after the gym or activity).

Eat several servings of fruits and veggies a day.

Eat and drink healthy daily with exceptions for events

Work out daily, don’t use any drugs.

Knowing the fundamentals how to cook delicious food is key.

If you can cook very well, having a healthy dietary lifestyle daily comes easy

5’10 160 here, I haven’t drank soda since I graduated and I workout 5 times a week

Unfortunately my diet is somewhat shytty:mjlol: so my genetics definitely play a role tho

I'm not skinny but 5'10 170

I was in the 200's in college and worked out heavy on a cardio bike to lose the weight. I would say the biggest thing that has helped me keep the weight off is weighing myself everyday.

I don't do the gym but do calethensics - pullups, ab wheel, etc. Cardio bike and school track are my gotos as well.

Most people don't walk enough btw so when you see those old ladies trying to get 10k steps...you should be doing the same.

Also to add to what the others were saying...I mainly drink water. You can remove a lot of calories from your daily intake by drinking just water or unsweet tea or something like that. I heard diet sodas aren't good but if I'm grabbing a bite to eat I'll usually do coke zero or something.
