I've been trynna change my life lately, I went to the gym to get some gains, been eating and ya boy got up to 146 pounds last week :blessed:

How bout today I weighed myself and I'm down to 139 brehs :sadbron: I don't know what to do

KEEP EATINGGGG!!!

Seriously download Myfitnesspal and log everything you eat.
Set a caloric goal and try to get to it every day.
That's the only way breh.
