So there in lies the problem. A poor person shouldn't generate trash to the point where it creates conflict. One of my first jobs was driving a garbage truck. One of the first things I noticed was that households in poor areas generated almost twice the trash of a similar household in a wealthy area.

I attribute this to the rate and type of consumption. By monitoring and managing this you can improve your societal standing and decrease the amount of stress and conflict in your daily life, thus decreasing your reliance on alcohol and free handouts of plastic bags

Through experience I know that it is not a simple endeavor, there are spiritual connotations and other matters of the mind and emotion that come into play. But every aspect of your life is interelated.. and by starting small and correcting some of the most simple things allows us the ability to simultaneously chip away and tackle some of the larger problems.
