Anybody else hate going to bed? I fall asleep quick and never wake up in middle of the night because I take strong sleeping meds. But everyone once in a wile I have to sleep on floor or couch to sleep. I also take the pills late. The act of going to bed is the worst. I didn't grow up in a religious family, but since age 7, I had to pray at night to fall asleep.

I don't remember shyt before age 6. If anything happened I hope it never comes back to my conscious. I do know I fell on my head often, was a very hyper child.

i hate sleep/cant go to sleep if i think about the act of sleeping while in bed

thats why a lot of times i stay up all night and fall asleep when my brain basically turns off

try to be more comfortable and youll fall asleep naturally ... its hard to force yourself to sleep
watch a shyt TV show and your eyes will go
