Slick Rick is 60 and he still dropped a track in the landlord that is more creative than a majority of artist these days. You have to respect it. That document record with Esco is dope too. Even some of the house joints aren’t bad.

I personally felt the songs were like sample lengths. Dope concept. So far, I'm giving it like a 3.7/5.

My thing with this album after a whole day, is up until recently we had no clue he was even dropping

Therefore I won't suddenly feel entitled to some shyt

What he chose to release is very barebones yes - that was initially disappointing

But everything on the album is very good IMO. The visuals will only bolster that by the looks of it

I don't feel entitled but I don't love it so far.
